Every piece at Facon Facon begins with a conversation.
I design and make all custom jewelry by hand in our atelier at Grønnegade 26, Copenhagen — a goldsmith's workshop with over 25 years of history, housed in a building dating to before 1671. Whether you are planning a proposal, choosing your wedding bands, or transforming inherited jewelry into something new, I work with you directly from first sketch to finished piece.

THE PROCESS
1. Consultation — free, no commitment
We meet in our Copenhagen boutique at Grønnegade 26 (or by video call). You share your ideas, the occasion, and any stones or materials you have in mind. I listen, ask questions, and we explore possibilities together. No commitment required for the first meeting.
2. Design
I sketch one or two design directions and share them with you. We refine until the design feels right — and you will know when it does.
3. Approval & deposit
Once we agree on a design, I provide a fixed quote. A 50% deposit confirms the commission and secures your place in the workshop schedule.
4. Making — 4 to 10 weeks
I craft your piece by hand in our Grønnegade atelier. I give you a clear timeline at the consultation — and I keep to it.
5. Final fitting & handover
You collect your piece in the boutique, or we ship it fully insured. If a ring needs resizing on the day, I do it on the spot.
ABOUT CHARLOTTE
Charlotte Christina Larsen is a trained goldsmith and the sole maker behind every Facon Facon piece. She holds a GIA diamond grading certificate (New York) and is a member of the Danish Goldsmiths' Guild (Guldsmedelauget). The workshop at Grønnegade 26 has been a goldsmith's atelier for over 25 years.
